HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard shipping (2-4 days) is completely free, worldwide. You may upgrade to express shipping for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Domestic orders received by 2 pm PST ship the same day and usually arrive in three days. If you need it even faster, you may choose FedEx 2-Day Priority or Overnight shipping during checkout for an additional fee.
International orders ship via FedEx International Priority and usually arrive in 2-4 days.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We offer a hassle-free, 30-day return period that begins when your order is delivered. Frames must be returned to us prior to when the 30-day period ends.
Every order is shipped with a return label inside for easy returns. Frames must be in like-new condition and contain all packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY SUNGLASSES?
Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day return period outlined in our Return Policy. If you would like to exchange your sunglasses, please email us at email@example.com.

Yes! We have customers all over the world and offer free international shipping (excluding duties & taxes). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There won't be any surprise fees when it arrives to you.
International shipments are usually delivered in 2-4 business days.
